The 2-Day Tech Detox will be held on November 14th and 15th.

On Thursday and Friday we will meet via Zoom from 12-1pm EST. The related activities will help you build a personalized 48-hr Tech Detox that I invite you to use over the weekend. 

Please note: The recordings will be available afterwards if you are not able to make it to the live sessions.
When Is The Digital Detox Experience? And How Does It Work?
The Test to Triumph 🏆  will be held Nov 18th thru Dec 1st.

By purchasing The Digital Detox Experience you will receive access to an exclusive dashboard for the second part that will be held Monday Nov 18th thru Sunday Dec 1st.

This portion is broken into 2 7-day cycles with daily lessons. The respective activities will deepen your understanding and guide you on building a sustainable practice around technology. That you can practice and iterate on the second 7-day cycle.

Yes, I'm glad you noticed that.

This was intentional, because often simple changes in life can through off our rhythms and routines. Part of making a sustainable practice bids that we notice and plan for simple stressors that happen seasonally or otherwise.

The second weeks lessons will include tips and practical support on building with resilience in mind, making adjustments when our routines change, and creating plans with a variety of options so that we can adjust when "what normally works, isn't working anymore."

Although the sessions are hosted live. A recording will be available shortly afterward, the same day. If you plan to protect time to watch the recording (ideally, same day that it’s released) you'll be able to stay on track.

Time: Office Hours will be held on Tuesday both weeks 
12pm - 1pm EST (11/19 and 11/26)

Responsibilities
  • Please protect 30 mins each day to complete the daily lessons and activities. Each day will build on each other so that you end with so that you build out your strategy and make iterations.
