As a holistic lifestyle consultant & certified wellness coach — I know that living well takes focus, and we have a whole lot bombarding us all day long we don't need anyone to add "just one more thing" to our plate. That's why my coaching style is rooted in Simple Lifestyle Swaps to create safety and heal Brain Pain, while finding intentional ways to cultivate Curiosity and the Creative Self-Expression to help you live a satisfying and intentional life.
