A Deeper Look

Hi my name is Alex, and I'm so glad you dropped by my site!

For more than a decade I've been developing an intentional skillset around Holistic Wellness and Lifestyle Design. I began with a degree in Psychology and have continued to study and learn about personal development and maturity through behavior change from the lens of neuroscience.

I realized that even though childhood was hard, as an adult I could design my life. So I have and I still am. And now I'm learning what it looks like for me to be living fully alive.

My journey is painted with strokes from a beautiful array of colors. We moved A LOT throughout my childhood, I finished school through Uni before I was diagnosed with ADHD, and have had my own share of mental wellness struggles, trauma therapy, and family members who are journeying through mental illness. Creative expression, spirituality, and team sports were three major forces that kept me through it all
