The focus of this pathway is simple: to help you build sustainable wellness practices that help your body and brain recover from (and prevent) chronic stress and overwhelm — restoring the natural rhythms of your brain and body — enabling you to maintain the transformation for your lifetime.

“Restore: A Resilience Pathway” uses an integrated brain and body approach, where every step is grounded in the science of behavior change — so you’ll develop a transformative skill set that allows you to use neuroscience as a safeguard, establish personalized wellbeing methods to empower you to live balanced, inspired, and grounded wherever you are.

What It's All About

During our 13 weeks together, we’ll have six 1:1 coaching sessions, plus monthly office hours, and 4 weeks dedicated to implementing your new wellness practices with personalized support.

As we begin, I will use an initial lifestyle wellness assessment to help us clarify where you are and what to prioritize during this pathway to effectively move the needle in your wellness practices and create a tailored roadmap based on your needs.

Wondering how we can transform chronic stress and overwhelm (and your lifelong wellbeing) in just 13 weeks? The work done will vary from one individual to another (depending on what you need), but our core areas of focus include:
